Where is The String Garden FNQ based?

I’m based in Wondecla.

Do you take custom orders?

Absolutely! Custom orders are our specialty — in fact, we’re often busy making them, so we don’t always have ready-made kokedamas available.

If you’re after a specific kokedama or water plant, feel free to get in touch via our social pages or email thestringgardenfnq@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to create something perfect for you.

You can order directly, and we also offer local collection from nursery in Atherton.

What if I've never owned a plant before?  

This is a plant-parent judgement-free zone! Every plant from The String Garden FNQ comes with simple care instructions. No question is a silly question — whether you're wondering where to place your plant or how to care for it, we’re here to help.

Do you have a store I can visit?

We’re a small home-based business and don’t have a storefront. The best way to explore our creations is through our social media pages. If something catches your eye, feel free to reach out!

How long does it take until my order is ready?

Most custom orders take 1–2 weeks to complete. We appreciate your patience and recommend getting in touch early so we can have your kokedama ready when you need it.

All of our kokedamas and water plants are handmade.
